//Rules Of The School


  1. No leave of absence is granted except on a written application from the parents or guardian and that too only for serious reasons. A pupil taking leave without permission of the Principal may be dismissed from the school forthwith.
  2. If a pupil is absent due to sickness, the Principal must be informed at once and on return must produce a valid Medical Certificate. When a pupil who has been absent for any reason returns to school, he/she must bring a leave of absence from the parent or guardian, otherwise the pupil will not be allowed to attend classes but sent home. In this case the school disclaims all responsibility.
  3. On school days and for school functions every student must wear school uniform. Girls should have a plain and simple haircut of two plaits tide with white rubber bands at the end of the plaits and boys in simple hairstyle.
  4. High-heeled shoes, long and painted nails, tattoos, ornaments, such as bangles, earrings, chains, bracelets colouring of hair, mehendi, hair styles and kajal are strictly forbidden in the school premises.
  5. Utmost care should be taken to keep the class and school premises clean. Personal cleanliness and hygiene are expected from all.
  6. Pupil not returning punctually to school after the holidays are liable to have their names struck off the roll.
  7. A boy/ girl who has been absent from the school, or who misses the first period of the first session will not be admitted to class unless he/she brings a written application from the parents/Guardians. If a pupil is absent for more than 7 days continuously on medical grounds he/she must produce a medical certificate as a valid proof. A medical certificate is only a proof for the reason of one’s absence. It cannot be used as means for getting marks or passing the examination.
  8. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience of the student, conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school by the students as well as of parents are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of a pupil.
  9. All kinds of damages done to the school premises will have to be made good/replaced/repaired.
  10. Personal cleanliness and hygiene are expected from all.
  11. At the "First bell" i.e. 5 minutes before the meeting commences all must take their allotted places. The prayers before class will be said after which all go in silence to their respective classrooms.
  12. The school is not responsible for the loss of books, money, clothes, etc. Students must look after their own belongings. Bring no valuable articles to school.
  13. Students are expected to speak in English in the school premises as the medium of instruction is English.
  14. Parents are expected to be co-operative with the staff in enforcing regularity and discipline by seeing that their children prepare their lessons and do their home-work as shown in their diaries and by taking active interest in the (Games/Sports) cultural or any other activities of the school regularly failing which may call for administrative measures.
  15. Parents particularly are requested to sign the progress report and other communications from teachers sent through the diaries. Students will not be admitted into class if their reports have not been duly signed in time, and the school disclaims responsibility.
  16. Parents, guardians or other persons are not allowed to see the pupil or to meet their teachers during school hours without the sanction of the Principal. For any unavoidable reasons a prior appointment must be sought.
  17. The school fees should be paid for the full session as applicable.
  18. In case a student meets with any accident within or outside the premises of the School causing injury, fatal injury or otherwise, the School authorities are not responsible, therefore, the Student has no right about legal claim in that respect.
  19. In case a student is found getting blasphemy to the School, misbehaving with his fellow student or causing damage to the School property, is liable to be turned out from the School.
  20. The Principal is fully authorized to penalize any student who is not punctual, who does not attend national functions, does not come in school dress or does not carry out the work written on his Diary.
  21. A student found cheating or using unfair means during examinations, is liable to be debarred from examinations. Such students are liable to be turned out from the School as well.
  22. In avoidance of any of the said directives, any action taken by the Principal is not liable to be challenged in any court of law.
  23. No student is permitted to bring any object liable to prove a source of disturbance such as crackers during Diwali, water pistols and colours during Holi or any other electrical gadgets & equipments. Possession of any such item by a student would lead to confiscation of the goods and suspension of the student from classes.
